From memory they are gridded streets with their obelisks at the end of avenues no doubt built on laylines too - to get the max negative energy...

Interestingly - I live in New Zealand and growing up people said not to waste my time travelling to Australia's city of govt Canberra ... then recently we have a 'freedom fighter' hate that word but it will do today ... Graham Hood - Hoodies Helpers - he was a x Qantas airline pilot who refused the 'thing' so lost his job - anyways the truck convoy ended up there in Canberra and many many people were commenting on how the whole area around parliament had a draining yuk feeling - thing 'they' who built parliament darn well knew exactly where to build on a layline of negative energy to boost their little gatherings .... just the impression I get about Washington too built to harvest n use neg energy yet again - stupid little deluded fools I say.
